FS#7 - Laggy rebuild of cue data with a large number of fixtures.

When you move/add/delete a cue with a lot of fixtures it gets laggy while it rebuilds the cue data

This task does not depend on any other tasks.

Reason for closing:  Fixed
Additional comments about closing:  I resolved this by optimizing the rebuild code and then moving this method to a different thread so that the user no longer has to wait for the rebuild.
